By accessing or using the website nexusaiiot.com and its digital twin portals, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and applicable commercial laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. These terms are governed by the laws and commercial regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes shall be referred to the competent Commercial Courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (including the Commercial Courts of Riyadh).
2. Protection of 159 Proprietary 3D Digital Engineering Assets
All 159 digital engineering assets comprising our 13 interactive digital twins—including 3D meshes (GLTF/GLB), procedural shaders, mathematical simulation models, telemetry visualization scripts, and mechanical kinematics—are proprietary engineering assets protected by cryptographic SHA-256 integrity controls and applicable intellectual property laws. Any extraction, ripping, reverse engineering, decompilation, scraping, or unauthorized redistribution of these 3D assets or shaders is strictly prohibited under applicable copyright and cybercrime regulations.
3. Synthetic Telemetry & Engineering Demonstrations
All interactive 3D digital twins and VerifyAI demonstrations presented on nexusaiiot.com operate on synthetic mathematical simulation models. They are designed for technical capability demonstration and educational evaluation only. They do not represent live operational data feeds from any customer plant or facility.
4. Non-Certification by SEC & Government Utilities
Nexus AI & IoT engineering tools (including the Transformer Readiness Assessment Tool) and demonstration models are independent technical frameworks based on IEEE and IEC international engineering standards. Nothing on this website constitutes formal product certification, pre-qualification, or official endorsement by the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC), National Grid SA, the Water and Electricity Regulatory Authority (WERA), or any other governmental agency unless evidenced by a formal written contract.
5. Limitation of Liability
Nexus AI & IoT provides this website and its demonstration digital twins on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Saudi laws, Nexus disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from reliance on website simulation metrics or preliminary advisory calculators.
